Tasmanian Hatter is a brand new year-round beer from New Holland Brewing and part of their Hatter Collection. It’s a delicious IPA brewed with Galaxy hops from Australia, Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, and Mosaic hops from the Pacific Northwest.

Tasmanian Hatter pours a foggy amber and is topped by a large foamy hat. Aromas of sweet, fresh citrus whirl about. Tasmanian Hatter has the taste of strong piney and floral notes with a malty balance and a bitter finish. The full-bodied mouthfeel and pungent scents make for an intoxicating experience.

The dry hopping with Galaxy and Mosaic hops is apparent in the rich flavors of Tasmanian Hatter. It’s a very tasty IPA for the price. That’s a trend I can live with.
